Resident Focused Care Assistant

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Supporting the clinical team in medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Ensuring that all residents receive individualised care and support
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
