Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our resident support team, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of Care Assistants and working closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in medication management
  • Assist with assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents
