We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Resident Services Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will make a real difference in the lives of students.

As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist with various back-office functions. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person, providing accurate and appropriate advice and information.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay organised in a busy and diverse role. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a generous holiday package of 25 days, plus bank holidays, and access to exclusive retail discounts.
