About the Role

The Montcalm Collection is seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our luxury hotels and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure regular and VIP guests are recognised and that the Front Office department operates with a sales attitude, promoting the wellness concept of the Inhabit Brand.

  • Manage the front office team members to ensure all company procedures and standards are being adhered to.

  • Ensure Front Office team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, and policies. Train the team continuously on policies and procedures and develop team members where necessary.

  • Plan and prepare employee rotas and monitor staffing levels to meet business demands.

Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Opera.

  • Previous experience in a similar role and ideally in boutique hotels.

  • Excellent leadership skills and proven track record of training and developing employees.

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

  • Attention to detail, great communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges / complaints.

  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
