Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team in our brand new Keswick shop. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing an assistant shop manager and a team of diverse volunteers, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all staff, volunteers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including sales, stock management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and net contribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
