Job Title: Asset Maintenance Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Maintenance Lead to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and technical work in our factory, leading a team of up to 15 staff members, and driving a continuous improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and delegation of work.
  • Plan and schedule work using our CMMS system, minimizing downtime and establishing and combating recurring problems.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement culture, promoting a positive and enthusiastic team environment.
  • Provide necessary training to engineers, upskilling and developing the team to meet business and operational objectives.
  • Experience managing a team of engineers, with a strong background in maintenance management and a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and experience delegating work to a team.
  • Excellent staff management skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and coordinate teams to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar environment, such as production, manufacturing, automation, or industrial.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using maintenance management systems.
  • Exposure to and promotion of Health & Safety and Compliance Procedures.
