Job Title: Asset Maintenance Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Maintenance Lead to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and technical work in our factory, leading a team of up to 15 staff members, and driving a continuous improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule work using our CMMS system to minimize downtime and establish a proactive maintenance approach.
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers to meet business and operational objectives, providing support, guidance, training, and delegation of works.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement culture, promoting a positive and enthusiastic team environment.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure effective maintenance and technical work execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Compliance Procedures, promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a team of engineers, with a strong background in maintenance and technical work.
  • Excellent staff management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and experience delegating work to a team.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using CMMS systems.
  • Exposure to and promotion of Health & Safety and Compliance Procedures.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £49,000 to £53,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for further progression and training.

A rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with a weekly rotation of 6:00am to 2:30pm and 1:30pm to 10:00pm.
