Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Underwriting Performance Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality underwriting performance analytics and insights to support our business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Underwriting Performance Analytics: Design and implement underwriting performance analytics and reporting to support our business growth and success.
- Collaborate with Underwriting Team: Work closely with our underwriting team to develop and implement underwriting performance analytics and reporting.
- Provide Insights and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to our underwriting team to support business growth and success.
- Manage and Analyze Data: Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that support our business growth and success.
- Develop and Maintain Reports: Develop and maintain reports to support our underwriting team's decision-making process.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, finance, and risk management, to support our business growth and success.
- Strong Underwriting Performance Analytics Skills: Proven experience in underwriting performance analytics and reporting.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our underwriting team and cross-functional teams.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to understand our business goals and objectives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Excel, with experience in Power BI and coding languages an advantage.
