Activity Coordinator

At Bupa, we're passionate about making health happen for our residents. As an Activity Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere in our care home.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
- Organize and lead various activities, including arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and more.
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless integration of activities into daily routines.
- Liaise with external companies and performers to arrange days out and events.
- Provide one-to-one support for residents, using tools like reminiscence therapy and puzzles.
- Support the home's social media channels as needed.
You'll need to be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, able to manage budgets and priorities effectively. A passion for caring for others and making a difference in people's lives is essential.
