We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Manager to join our team at Tower Hamlets Partnership. This role is crucial in shaping the future direction of our IT function and contributing to the effectiveness of our service.

As an IT Governance Manager, you will be responsible for evolving our risk-based IT Governance framework to optimise our IT risk and compliance practices in line with regulatory requirements and council needs.

You will play a key role in supporting the Head of IT Service Management to engage with senior IT leads and council stakeholders to determine and manage the Council's awareness and appetite for risk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolving the risk-based IT Governance framework to optimise IT risk and compliance practices
  • Supporting the Head of IT Service Management in engaging with senior IT leads and council stakeholders
  • Determining and managing the Council's awareness and appetite for risk

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Governance and risk management
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and council needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
