Governance Manager

Cameron Kennedy is seeking a highly skilled Governance Manager to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced governance professional to make a significant impact in a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the coordination of board and committee meetings, setting agendas and overseeing board pack production.
- Annual review of the effectiveness of board and committees, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage data protection governance, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support governance initiatives and projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Oversight of legal agreements and statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of governance excellence.
- At least 3-7 years of relevant experience in governance or a related field.
- Ideal candidate will have CGI qualifications or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of company law and FCA governance expectations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: £80,000 per annum.
