Job Title: Head of Mid Market Delivery

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Mid Market Delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement consistent delivery methodologies to ensure excellence in project execution.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and resolve delivery issues, incorporating a "right first time" culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Practice Director to develop a best-in-class delivery team across the Mid Market product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Professional Services or Software industry.
  • Experience in delivering projects to a large and diverse customer base.
  • Experience leading a team of Project Managers / PMO.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (including written and verbal English).
  • Ability to work effectively with a team of cross-functional stakeholders.
