About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport and Compliance Manager to join our team at Streatham and Clapham High School GDST. As a key member of our Finance and Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Transport Services and promoting a positive Health and Safety culture.

As Transport and Compliance Manager, you will coordinate Health and Safety policies, procedures, and practices, whilst also raising and maintaining awareness of Health and Safety matters across the school. You will help maintain a safe environment for staff, students, visitors, and contractors by ensuring that all periodic Health and Safety reviews, inductions, self-assessments, and risk assessments are carried out and completed.

In addition to your Health and Safety responsibilities, you will also line manage the Minibus Driver team and manage the school's transport services, including routes, schedules, and queries from parents. You will also drive minibus routes when necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for a conscientious individual with a D1 driving license to play a key role at the heart of our Finance and Operations team.
