Key Responsibilities- Communication Strategy Development: Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with productions, events, volunteers, and membership initiatives.
- Theatre Operations Management: Oversee and manage all departments within the theatre, including Marketing, Productions, Rentals, Grant Writing, and volunteer development.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, Board members, volunteers, funding and sponsorship entities, and other stakeholders.
- Passion for the Arts: Passion for the arts and a commitment to promoting the mission and values of our theatre community.
