Engineering Technician Training Programme

Our apprenticeship programme offers a comprehensive training package that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. As a Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprentice, you will work towards a nationally recognized qualification while developing practical skills in a real-world manufacturing environment.
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including energy and sustainability initiatives, and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and facilities.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also develop essential business skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. The role involves working as part of a team, following instructions, and taking personal responsibility for your work.
As an apprentice, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,400 per year, increasing to £25,400 after one year, plus an annual bonus based on company performance.
