We are seeking an experienced Brand Campaign Manager to join our team at iManage. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging brand campaigns that drive awareness, build loyalty, and foster a strong community around our products and services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, product, and sales, to ensure that our brand and community strategies align with broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, community management, or a related field within a B2B SaaS or technology company. You will have a proven track record of executing successful brand campaigns and building engaged, loyal communities.

A strong ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to leverage data and community feedback to optimize campaigns and engagement initiatives is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement, and reinforce iManage's position as a leader in the B2B SaaS space.
  • E nsure all brand-related activities adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice, look, and feel across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation and Field marketing teams to align brand awareness campaigns with middle-of-funnel strategies and to ensure effective localization of campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform the development of brand campaigns that stand out in the market.
  • Collaborate with customer advocacy, social media, and events to grow and engage the iManage community, including customer advocacy programs, social media, online forums, newsletters, in-person/virtual events, and third-party platforms.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-impact content for campaigns and community channels, including blogs, videos, webinars, newsletters, and user-generated content.
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, product, and sales teams to ensure brand and community strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of both brand campaigns and community engagement efforts, using analytics and feedback to optimize future initiatives.
