Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide optimal comfort and care to patients, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
  2. Administer medication and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  3. Monitor patients' conditions, collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  5. Manage patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Participate in therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to patients.
  7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  1. NMC registration with no outstanding matters pending.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in an NHS setting post-registration.
  3. Right to work and live in the UK.
  4. Enhanced DBS (support provided if not registered on the update service).
