Key Responsibilities:
- Provide optimal comfort and care to patients, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
- Administer medication and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patients' conditions, collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Manage patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
- NMC registration with no outstanding matters pending.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an NHS setting post-registration.
- Right to work and live in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS (support provided if not registered on the update service).
