About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Film and Episodic Production to lead our global production finance teams. As a senior member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our business goals and creative ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals and creative ambitions.
  • Lead the development of ad-hoc financial models, reporting, dashboards, and analysis as needed.
  • Partner with finance, FP&A, and production teams to create solutions that enhance business efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Significant experience in financial oversight and support throughout the production lifecycle, from initial bidding to final delivery.
  • Experience in creating and standardising financial templates and reporting formats.
Salary Estimate

$180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
