Job Summary:

Lorien's leading banking client is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Leader to join the existing team on an initial 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM strategy management within Financial Services and be able to align one-bank strategy and deliver consistent customers & colleagues experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Align one-bank strategy with business objectives and deliver consistent results.
  • Manage strategic options, including software and managed services, to support business goals.
  • Ensure clear communication and effective documentation through excellent documentation skills.
  • Lead workshops with multiple teams and influence senior technical and business leaders through strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
