Sales Operations Specialist

Baxter is seeking a highly organized and meticulous Sales Operations Specialist to support our business growth by managing reporting reconciliation with key commercial partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Business Manager role for UKIN and evolving business needs.
- Schedule reconciliation and reporting will be a very large part of this role.
- Deal with large data sets or MI.
- Prepare reports with distributors in Nordics, including data analysis and presentation.
- Support grant activity for business commercial programs, including managing the grant application process and providing reporting and analytics.
- Monitor tenders and sales force reporting, including tracking and analysing tender activity and providing insights to the sales team.
- Monitor pricing activities and results, including tracking and analysing pricing trends and providing recommendations to the sales team.
- Monitor value programs activities and support development value tools, including tracking, analysing activity, and providing insights to the sales team.
- Provide support for the sales team in managing their sales activities, including lead generation, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth and optimize sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability with 3 years in sales operations, data analysis, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and the ability to drive process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service orientation.
