Sales Enablement Specialist

Apache Associates is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in equipping sales teams with the skills, knowledge, resources, and tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver high-impact sales development programs that address the needs of sales teams at all levels

Conduct training needs analysis and track data for the Sales Academy

Liaise with sales departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Handle ad-hoc and annual training needs to ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales leadership roles

Ability to give constructive feedback to sales departments and stakeholders

Excellent coaching skills with a track record of helping individuals and teams improve their performance

Sales Performance Trainer

As a Sales Performance Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You will work closely with sales departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
