Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at CBS Arena. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as processing payments and handling customer complaints.
- Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that the hotel's standards are consistently met.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and amenities, as well as local attractions and events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
