Land Manager - Solar & BESS

Mint Selection is seeking a seasoned land management professional to play a pivotal role in securing and managing land agreements for large-scale solar, BESS, and co-located projects.

We have an impressive 1GW+ operational portfolio and an exciting 8GW pipeline of projects in development or consented, making this a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the clean energy revolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Secure land agreements for solar, BESS, and co-located projects, from initial identification through to contract signing.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
  3. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential sites, ensuring compliance with planning regulations and suitability for development.
  4. Provide regular updates to senior management on land acquisition progress, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Develop and implement effective land acquisition strategies to meet project timelines and budgets.
  6. Stay up-to-date with UK land laws and planning regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  7. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as land management, law, or a related field.
