Mint Selection: Land Manager - Solar & BESS

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Manager to join our team at Mint Selection, a leading company in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in securing and managing land agreements for large-scale solar, BESS, and co-located projects.

About the Role:

  1. Secure Land Agreements: Identify and secure land agreements for solar, BESS, and co-located projects, from initial identification through to contract signing.
  2. Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
  3. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential sites, ensuring compliance with planning regulations and suitability for development.
  4. Progress Updates: Provide regular updates to senior management on land acquisition progress, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Negotiation and Contract Management: Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential for this role.
  6. Expertise in Land Laws and Planning Regulations: Expertise in UK land laws and planning regulations is required.
  7. Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
