About the Role

C4S Search Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support across a range of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development.
  • Manage HR systems and digital filing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, with experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload effectively and meeting deadlines.
