About the Role
C4S Search Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support across a range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development.
- Manage HR systems and digital filing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
- HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, with experience in HR administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload effectively and meeting deadlines.
