As a key member of our Physiotherapy service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver inpatient rehabilitation services as part of an in-reach model to Llandrindod Hospital
- Manage a community caseload independently across Mid Powys, working closely with patients and their families
- Contribute to service development, mentorship of junior staff, and delegation of rehabilitation plans
- Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of community therapy services
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and HPC registration
- Experience working with elderly patients and in community settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work weekend rotas and travel between sites
