Technical Trainer Role
Reaseheath College is seeking a skilled engineer to join our delivery team in Agricultural Engineering, Construction Plant, Rail, and Bus and Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction, skills, and knowledge of the next generation with the support of an engineering department that has seen significant investment since 2018.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to deliver high-quality and progressive training and assessment to apprentices. As part of the team, you will have access to specialist training and support, including CPD with industry partners and the opportunity to gain teaching qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to apprentices in a variety of engineering disciplines.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of engineering practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of industry and learners.
- Contribute to the development of the engineering department's strategic plan and objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in the agricultural engineering sector.
- Teaching qualifications or a willingness to gain them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
