We're seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. This role is based in the Llandrindod Wells area and will be an integral part of our field-based retail merchandising team, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco.

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

You'll be working closely with our client account teams to deliver exceptional service and provide accurate and timely feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
