About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist and Coordinator to join our team at Sky Harvest Development Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Content Creation and Distribution
    • Plan and produce engaging content for social media channels
    • Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent messaging
  • Celebrity and Influencer Marketing
    • Develop and execute celebrity and influencer marketing strategies
    • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and celebrities
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance using specialized digital tools
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Budget Management
    • Manage social media budgets and ensure effective use of resources
    • Monitor and report on budget performance
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
    • Proven track record of success in marketing and communications
  • Skills
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
