Thales is seeking a highly experienced Integration and Verification Manager to lead our IVVQ strategy and engineering efforts. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of large design and development projects across Thales OME and to develop a comprehensive understanding of the IVVQ process.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all IVVQ activities on behalf of Thales OME with the Customer
  • Develop and implement IVVQ plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules
  • Collaborate with project teams and customers to ensure IVVQ is integrated into project planning
  • Prepare System Integration Verification Validation & Qualification activities
  • Establish IVVQ strategies, identify requirements, and perform associated estimates and schedules
  • Specify test equipment, select and deploy methodologies, and tools necessary for IVVQ and acceptance activities
  • Manage IVVQ scenario proposals and implementations
  • Organise and perform testing at various facilities
  • Lead and support trials teams, analyse results, and produce technical reports
  • Review technical artefacts from an IVVQ perspective
  • Lead the IVVQ Engineering Team and ensure timely delivery of IVVQ work products
  • Participate in or lead governance reviews during the IVVQ phase
  • Support customer meetings, lead product demonstrations, and gather evidence for system certification

We anticipate that this position will pay around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum based on experience and require relocation within the UK or other Thales locations.
