Job Summary:
To run the kitchen during your shift (3 on, 3 off) rota system, preparing food to order and assisting the Head Chef and Truck Stop Manager with the development and profitability of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food to order, adhering to recipes and standards of the restaurant
  • Work under pressure in an open kitchen, maintaining a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively manage the shift team for maximum productivity and service levels
  • Receive and rotate stock effectively
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality at all times
