Job Title: Dedicated Support Assistant

This permanent, full-time position is based at our Greenvale service in Belfast. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care and support to our clients. Your dedication and expertise will help create a safe and comfortable environment, enabling them to thrive.

Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized care and support to clients with varying needs
* Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
* Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care delivery

Requirements:
* A passion for supporting individuals with complex needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Enhanced disclosure check required
