About the Role

As a key member of our Global Operations team at Sapiens, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our Cardiff office and providing support to various departments.

  • You will be the first point of contact for all staff and visitors to the Cardiff office, fielding calls and dealing with mail received at the office.
  • You will monitor the Operations mailbox in Microsoft Outlook for staff queries and supplier invoices, liaising with suppliers and management as needed.
  • You will also be responsible for ordering items for colleagues and new members of staff, tracking spend accordingly.
  • Working with the IT team, you will arrange the shipment of new equipment to staff working from home.
  • You will provide basic finance support, requesting purchase requisitions and forwarding supplier invoices to our Finance team in a timely manner.
  • In addition, you will provide general administration support to Operations, IT, and HR teams as necessary.
