Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Locum Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in MSK physiotherapy and be able to work independently, providing high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent physiotherapeutic assessment, treatment, and management of an MSK caseload under supervision.
  • Manage patients referred by Consultants, General Practitioners, and other Healthcare Professionals with diverse presentations and complex physical conditions.
  • Formulate, develop, and deliver individualized treatment programs based on evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to ensure informed consent and maximize rehabilitation potential.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation and unit personnel, as well as external medical personnel.
  • Provide clinical reports and recommendations to medical professionals and the military Chain of Command, as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • Strong background in MSK physiotherapy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
