**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to work on a full or half-day basis, providing support to pupils and reinforcing self-esteem. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing positive behaviour management and working well with classroom teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement positive behaviour management strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to develop and implement behaviour plans.
- Provide pastoral support to pupils, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adjust approach to meet the changing needs of pupils with SEN.
- Contribute to raising achievement and attendance in schools.
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting pupils with SEN.
- Ability to implement positive behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and flexibility.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures.
