Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Coordinator for a 12-18 month fixed term contract. As a Payroll Specialist, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Main Tasks:
  1. Manage accurate and timely payroll processing.
  2. Ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Maintain employee records.
  4. Audit and correct payroll data discrepancies.
  5. Analyse data for financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • iTrent systems administration experience.
  • Advanced understanding of UK benefits and ERS legislation.
  • US payroll legislation and processing expertise.
  • PAS P11d processing skills.
  • Advanced Excel abilities and manual calculation skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality. Estimated salary: £40,000 - £42,000.
