We are currently seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Mears Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating property maintenance activities, managing budgets, and contributing to the commercial growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate property maintenance activities, including repairs, maintenance, and planned replacements
  • Manage designated budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the commercial growth of the business
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality assurance accreditations, and company policies
  • Participate in call-out escalation cover and backup to other building surveyors as required

The ideal candidate will possess a HNC/HND in construction/building services, a proven track record in building surveying, and experience in project management. A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is on offer, along with a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
