Community Development Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Development Coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our residents, clients, and customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement and Events

The Community Development Coordinator will be responsible for community engagement and events, including arranging internal and external meetings and coordinating activities to enhance the resident experience.

  • Organise and attend internal and external meetings, including defects meetings and client meetings.
  • Coordinate community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.

Safety and Compliance

The Community Development Coordinator will ensure 100% H&S and PPM compliance on the estate, including risk management in collaboration with the Maintenance team.

  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Monitor and supervise contractors carrying out works on and around the development.

Leadership and Team Management

The Community Development Coordinator will be responsible for leading the on-site team and ensuring that all aspects of the property management function are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Mobilisation tasks and reporting statistics to drive improvement.
  • Performance management of the team through regular 1-2-1s and annual appraisals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in residential property management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Annual Salary

$50k - $55k per annum based in Southall, Monday to Friday, with a 45-minute commute or less from Southall required.
