We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Executive Club Experience Coordinator to join our team at Montcalm Royal London House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless lounge operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily lounge operations, including the preparation and serving of premium food and beverages.
  • Create a luxurious ambiance by anticipating guests' needs and providing exceptional personalized service.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of lounge attendants to ensure exceptional service standards and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Meetings & Events team to coordinate lounge-related aspects of corporate and private events.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, with a strong focus on executive lounge management or food and beverage operations.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, capable of interacting with high-profile guests and colleagues at all levels.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software, point-of-sale systems, and other operational tools for scheduling, reporting, and tracking.
