About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Service Manager to lead our team in Exeter. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the customer service team to consistently deliver exceptional service and meet company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage and develop a team of customer service advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped with the skills and motivation needed to excel.
- Monitor and track team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in customer service management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with team development and coaching.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
