About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Service Manager to lead our team in Exeter. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the customer service team to consistently deliver exceptional service and meet company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage and develop a team of customer service advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped with the skills and motivation needed to excel.
  • Monitor and track team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

  • Proven leadership experience in customer service management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with team development and coaching.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
