Customer Service Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service advisors to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service advisors to consistently deliver high-quality service and meet company objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
