Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our team in the Lovell South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the administration process relevant to post contract/handover services to Client/Purchasers.
  • Organise the completion of defects and release of retentions as appropriate.
  • Report to the Operations Director and contribute to the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management.
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
