Customer Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our team in the Lovell South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver the administration process relevant to post contract/handover services to Client/Purchasers.
- Organise the completion of defects and release of retentions as appropriate.
- Report to the Operations Director and contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service management.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
