About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in analytical principles and data use, as well as experience in leading change and making a difference to the performance of our business. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business problems and define, scope, and deliver solutions using the latest data science techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead a team of data scientists to explore new and innovative ways of generating value from data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in data science, including statistical modelling and programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or C++
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability, with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
