Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our aftersales contact centre in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional service through high-volume calls, online bookings, and live chats.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be organised and methodical, and have the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Booking aftersales work through the Service Workshop
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and following up on systems
  • Working as part of a team to achieve process efficiency

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
