Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to provide essential support to a child in need of comprehensive nursing care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community, and be able to commit to a regular working pattern.
The role involves working closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client, building rapport with clients and families, and working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs
- Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client
- Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle
- Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting
- Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature
- Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week
- Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience
