Paediatric Complex Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to provide essential support to a child in Margate with Complex Care needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community, and possess a compassionate, confident, and gentle caring nature.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
- Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
- Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs.
- Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
- Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
- Right to work in the UK.
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
- Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
- Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
- Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
- Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
- Choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
- Choose a flexible or permanent contract.
