About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the full sales cycle, and managing existing customer relationships. You will also be involved in lead generation, liaison with marketing, and company representation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of exceptional customer service and support to valued long-term relationships
  • Lead on the full sales cycle, from initial customer contact through to contract signing
  • Account management and continuous engagement within existing customer relationships
  • Customer enabling vendor engagement and relationship management
  • Accurate feedback and forecasting to support sales targets and revenue growth
  • Lead generation and liaison with marketing and company representation
Requirements
  • Experience of client relationship management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach
  • Ideal experience in the IT industry or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Full driving licence and vehicle
