About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for IT and computers, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in the IT industry. You will have a strong ability to speak with ease to customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

Eligibility Criteria

You will need to have 5 GCSEs including Level 1 or above in Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent). You will not be eligible for this post if you have a Degree in the same subject as this apprenticeship, or other qualifications in the same subject at an equivalent level.
