Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Gillingham. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment process and providing administrative support to our HR Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar fast-paced role, with proficiency in using job boards and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for advertising and maintaining vacancies on various job boards, assisting with the initial screening of CVs, and coordinating with management regarding shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise and maintain vacancies on various job boards using our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with the initial screening of CVs.
  • Review CV applications and coordinate with management regarding shortlisted candidates.
  • Arrange interviews, including preparing interview schedules and inviting candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screening calls when necessary.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Obtain interview feedback from hiring managers.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies.
  • Keep the ATS updated with candidate progress and notes.
  • Compile and report management information (MI) on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Promote and encourage feedback from candidates and employers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to recruitment processes, policies, and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar fast-paced role.
  • Proficiency in using job boards.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with external agencies is desirable but not essential.
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with an ATS.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
  • Professional and confident demeanor.
  • Competent in using MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
