Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction team in our Northern Office. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction cycle of our developments, ensuring that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire construction cycle, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of trades and materials, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Manage health and safety issues on site, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed.
- Coordinate site presentation and cost control, ensuring that the development is completed on time and within budget.
- Black or white CSCS card.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
- First Aider at Work qualification.
- Assertive and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
